日式班戟個底點整?唔係榴槤班戟果種凍皮,而係香蕉朱古力班戟果種,倒蓉平底獲轉一個大圓圈再放料卷埋好靚果隻~
有無高手知道個皮點整?

其實做班戟的recipe好簡單,最難反而是沒有果種鋪頭做班戟的工具,所以不能做到像出面賣的咁薄,口感往往不及買來的好。
