The instructions were intended for people living in China, where it's dangerous to drink water straight from the tap, so the instructions says "boiled water".

If you're taking the pills outside China, or in a country where tap water is safe, then all you need is just "water".

From the wording on the bag, these pills are gel caps, so I wouldn't drop the pill into boiled water, that would melt the gel capsule.

And to the person who suggested the wording on the bag is incorrect, unfortunately, all words on the bag is correct. 水果 is the proper way to write "Fruits" and 植物 is the proper way to write "Vegetables".

Hope this helps.

it looks like cheap fake...

even in the name 水果植物, the third character is written with a mistake...

as for "boiled water", most possible it's a lame translation from Chinese and what they mean is unclear...
usually 开水 is used when you should dissolve something...
as far as 400 mg/tablet*30 tablets i think it's a mistype for the tablets are usually 40 mg...
or, if it's really 400 mg, then it may be dissolved but the amount of water isn't indicated...

one word, i wouldn't take it even if paid...
coz the health can't be bought back...

It doesn't matter what kind of water you use to drink it. The "miracle" is supposed to happen in your system, not in the manner of consumption.

I hope you know what you are doing. There is no magic capsule that will help you lose weight. It takes time, effort and hard work. I know . . . I have plenty to lose myself! I'm very leery of items like this. They are made without any government oversight and you never know what is truly in those pills. Remember the milk scandal? If a company can put plastics into BABY formula all in the name of making money, what is to stop another company from selling you something that is not only completely false to its claims, but also completely harmful to your body?

Good luck!
