Master of Pharmacy

I'm a Year 2 student studying a BSc(Biochemistry) degree in HKU.
I would like to go abroad to pursue my master degree and preferably I would like to study Pharmacy.
However, I think I'll earn a 2nd lower honor degree after my graduation.
I would like to know whether I have chances to get into any MPharm degree in those universities?
And I prefer to go to Australia as only 2 years are required for completion of MPharm degree when compared to the USA and UK ones.
If I still have chances, are there any suggestions for choosing the universities?
