hi here it is ....rare = raw (20% cooked)
medium rare = medium raw (50% cooked)
medium cooked (70-80% cooked)
well-done (100% cooked)
only 牛 and 羊扒 will ask u how to cook; the answers are the same as above. 豬 will not ask, cos' it really needs to 100% cooked.

豬和羊扒通常不會問，因為大多會煮至全熟。
至於牛排，常用的會是 rare (半熟，即約5成)，medium rare (中等熟度，即約7成) 及well done (全熟，即十成)，不會說60%，80% 或100%等等~~
