In computer study, b = bit, B = byte. 1 byte = 8 bits.
As it is the industry standard to use B (byte) as the measurement unit of DRAM, I am sure "64Mb DRAM" is just a print error. "64Mb DRAM" and "64MB DRAM" are talking about the same thing!
