1.The uterus is retroverted,normal in size with smooth contour and homogeneous echogenicity.
2.The uterine cavity shows normal linear echo.
3.No evidence of endometrium thickening or polyp.
4.The right ovary is normal with a few small cystic follicles of below 0.4 cm size.
5.The left ovary shows a few cystic follicles,the largest one is 0.5-0.6 cm size.
6.There is a well demarcated roundish homogeneously hyperechogenic nodule bulging at the margin of the left ovary,compatible with a tumour,may be dermoid or lipoma.
7.No other pelvic mass lesion or abnormal fluid collection.
8.The bladder appears normal.
9.No evidence of hydronephrosis bilaterally.

Comment:
Left ovarian hyperechoic nodule,compatible with dermoid or lipoma,
Progress assessment is necessary for possible change or the possibility of neoplastic growth.
