If you are a high school student and have tight budget (ie. can afford just ONE calculator) then it's better you choose something that is approved for use in open exams (eg. HKCEE).
Casio's 3650P and 50FH will satisfy these requirements. Also, these are popular models among students, so program support should be plenty.
> 最新型號計算機( for 學生用ge )係咩
The 50FH is newer than the 3650P and has more functions, but it lacks the 3650P's numerical differentiation/integration functions (which IMO has little impact on F2 maths class). The 50FH also has a larger screen than the 3650P which gives better viewing, as well as contrast control.
> 買果陣要注意d咩
If you're buying at a reputable bookstore etc. then there shouldn't be problem. If you decide to buy the 3650P, make sure it's the latest stock (ie. gen 4) as it has some improvements and bug fixes.
More information on the 3650P nd 50FH are available here:

On the other hand, if you are not looking for a calculator that is specific for open exam use (ie. straightly for classroom and/or personal use), then these models can also be considered:

It turns out even the 4th gen 3650 has computation problems and bugs. Therefore, the 50FH is more preferred and thus recommended.
Other brands may be OK, but operation is different from the mainstream Casio. Caution is advised when considering Sharp and Canon models.
