不好意思的，001，你所提供的句子有些语法上的错误。
“i have gone to park already

現在完成式=上面”

第一， 先讲简单的，我们必须放一个“article”(冠词)在“park”(公园，游乐场，停车场等)的前面，也就是放“the”咯。
为什么要放“the”呢？因为当你用到“already”的时候，也就代表你可能在回答某人的问题，然后你告诉他/她你已经或先前做了那件事。所以彼此都知道或清楚在讲着的那个“park”咯。

第二，我们通常不应该把“already”(它是个副词-adverb)放在最后，真正的英文排法是把它放在have与gone的之间，那也就是“have already gone”。

第三，其实对的英文是没有说“I have gone”，是真的，不是很多人懂这一点，那我就解释为何会这样咯。
“I have gone”意思是你人身在那儿，还没回来。
那么，你又怎么能跟某人说以上那句话呢？
可是，你别误会喔，我们绝对是可以用“he/she/they等gone”的，只要不是他自己本人说就可以了。

所以，我们通常会用“I have been to”的啦。

好了，是时候解释Present Perfect Tense咯。
它是用在我们讲述着一个我们不知道时间而又是现在之前发生的过去动作(an action happened at an unspecified time before now)。

Unspecified Time Before Now:-
1) I have been to Malaysia.
2) I have been to Malaysia three times.
3) I have never been to Malaysia.

Time Expressions with Present Perfect:-
4) I have watched that movie twice in the last month.
5) I haven't seen Alex for two days.
6) I haven't finished my homework yet.

Duration From The Past Until Now:-
7) I have had a cold for two weeks.
8) She has been in Malaysia for three months.
9) I haven't seen Alex since Monday. (= from Monday until now)
10) They've known each other since they were at school.

这些都是Present Perfect的句子，还算容易明白的吧？
不知你是否会不会不是很清楚哪个动作几时是直到现在(Until Now)或现在之前的(Before Now)吗？我只能告诉你，我还正在学着呐。

这个就比较容易多了，它在描述着某人或某样东西在确定的时间或某段时间里正在做着，进行着或发生着(Somebody was in the middle of doing something at a certain time)。

3) Last night at 8pm, she was eating dinner.
4) I was reading when she called.
5) While I was writing the email, the computer suddenly went off.
6) The television was on, but nobody was watching it.
