There should be two equations. Firstly, redox reaction occurs between hydrogen peroxide and sulphur dioxide to give sulphuric acid. Secondly, sulphuric acid reacts with barium chloride to give barium sulphuric acid.
H2O2(aq) + SO2(g/aq) → H2SO4(aq)
H2SO4(aq) + BaCl2(aq) → 2HCl(aq) + BaSO4(s)

The ionic equations should be:
H2O2(aq) + SO2(g/aq) → 2H+(aq) + SO42-(aq)
Ba2+(aq) + SO42-(aq) → BaSO4(aq)

Someone may write the two equations into one.
H2O2(aq) + SO2(g/aq) + BaCl2(aq) → BaSO4(s) + 2HCl(aq)
But strictly speaking, this is incorrect.

BaCl2 + H2O2 --> BaO2 + 2HCl

BaO2 + SO2 --> BaSO4
