Since this is under the "Chemistry" topic, I am assuming this is a chemistry related question.
In chemistry, crystal is s a solid material whose constituent atoms, molecules, or ions are arranged in an orderly repeating pattern extending in all three spatial dimensions. (From wiki).
Glass is not a crystal but it is an amorphous solid. This means the solid is not in a crystalline form. The molecules inside glass does not reside in they correct lattice.
