hsbc 供股權過左deadline點算好?

The only question you have to ask yourself is : Will HSBC price drop below $28 after April 9 (the day the new shares can trade at HKEx)?
If you think it will drop to or below $28, then nothing you have to do now. Wait for the underwriter and most likely you will receive a peanut after a long long time.
If you think it will NOT drop to or below $28, then you have to reply and subscribe. Today (April 1) HSBC close at HK$42.85. That means somebody is still buying HSBC at HK$42.85. Now you have the choice to buy it at HK$28. Why not to subscribe??

那又未必，因為有包銷商代為供股，不過要等包銷商將新股沽出，扣除所有費用後，而每股股價又不少於 5 英鎊的，才會將餘額退回給你；但包銷商是沒有期限沽出的，所以你有可能等很長時間才有錢收或冇錢收。
