well since i'm a straight girl, yuri kind of squicks me. i'm totally pro-gay rights but i'm not really into watching if you know what i mean. yaoi on the other hand is just TOO DARN CUUUUUTE!!! i can't even bear it! i think it's soooo adorable and something in me just squeals so loud when i watch it. i don't know why, although i know that a lot of other straight girls have the same reaction.

I'm a Yaoi Fan!!! I kind of think Yuri, is ok...but I <333 Yaoi!! lol

I prefer Yaoi and even write it for some of my favorite anime programs. There's just something about pretty boys doing each other that does it for me and I have no earthly reason why.

I am a fan of both genres of Y-romances.
I prefer yuri,tho.

1. Do you hate yaoi and/or yuri? Why so? ~I do not hate it. I don't really hate much actually. I have watched a few, and I don't think they are as horrid and disgusting as people tend to label them as, but then again; I have only watched a few, so I don't really have much of a hate/love opinion on the genre. 2. Would you rather watch lolicon, shotacon, and/or hentai rather than homosexual anime genre? ~I'd rather watch homosexual animes. I'm not much into the appearance of characters, so lolicon and hentai are not the top of my list that often~ 3. Do you hate the fans or do you hate yaoi and/or yaoi? Why so? ~I don't hate either. Fans can like what they like and yaoi and yuri can just go on with what it is. 4. Do you hate homosexuality? Are you homophobic? ~I should not hate anyone for being who they truly are, so my answer for most is no. And no, I am not homophobic 5. Do you prefer to stay away from the fans or the genre? ~I like to stay away from the fans who constantly bring up references to sex, nudity, and just give off a bad message in general. And those types of fans can really pop up in any genre, whether there is yaoi/yuri or not. 6. Do you hate yaoi or yuri, but liking yaoi or yuri? Bias much? ~I don't hate either, but I prefer yaoi over yuri because they tend to do a better job of portraying it in animes. This is a very hypocritical question. Please be careful in what you do and say about the genre or the fans in general. It's one thing to be hating on something you never experience by just judging the fans on the genre itself. ~So true. Does the fans in general make the genre bad? ~Never. For example, you or some have experienced all the hype about Twilight, Naruto, Bleach, etc, right? So, do you hate the ravings and rants about a series that you never seen before? And, if you have seen those series, do you like it or dislike it? ~I have seen/read naruto, bleach, twilight, and many others. And I believe that I can honestly say that I do not like twilight, and it is not because of the over obsessed fans (I just don't like really sappy romances, and yes, I have read all of the books~). I do like Bleach, but I gave up on naruto entirely because of the fillers and never got involved in it's fansbase much~ Hate's a powerful word. ~Amen.

Oh yes. I quite like them both. I read both hardcore (yaoi) and shonen-ai. I haven't really gotten that deep into yuri and shojo-ai though, but I probably will once I find some good manga.

yaoi.. I ain't one but I like reading that over yuri.

I'm a big fan of yuri.Yaoi..I'm not a fan of..though I do look at it occasionally..not for the same reason as I look at yuri though.
