As the sun comes out & heats up the earth so the environment gets warm. The spring starts & snow absorbs enough energy melting that the liquid water evoprates becoming water moisture raising up to the sky. As more moisture gathers to form cloud which meets the cold air to condense to form rain or snow. Fall down on the top of mountain. When the climate gets warm again, snow melts to form liquid water...........
