halo, 我係英國讀緊書, 希望幫到你丫=]
1) 你講緊既係你一邊讀書, 一邊做野吧? 如果係british citizen的話, 係可以的, 不過只可以做part-time, 同埋一個星期係唔可以超過一個時候限定既, 因為呢,你果個係student visa, 而唔係working visa, 俾人捉到會好大件事架...
2) 如果你係經agent攪的話, 係可以同佢講番, 之後轉既, 如果係自己搵的話, 就會難d了, 因為呢, 有時有一d host family係會同你簽左contract既.... 所以要留意番..
3) 一年foundation, 如果係art果d的話, 大約15,000-20,000HKD, 因為唔同既foundation course同埋你住邊都會有影響既... 如果係london果d大城市, 會貴好多架...
4) 你個exam係講緊佢地foundation果個? 1多時都係一年得一次exam, 不過呢, 如果佢收你的話, 咁即係你覺得你係ok既, 所以唔駛擔心, 自己肯去講, 就會得架啦=]

我住在HOST FAMILY都8 年,做PART TIME都７年，你有STUDENT VISA 的可以做工二十個小時

Okay, I am sorry, if I am rude and over-reacting, but most of the details you list above is a bit out-of-dated. You better check before you write it down. Firstly, the law is changing from Wednesday!

One more thing would like to be clear, you are allowed to work if you are holding "STUDENT VISA". But you are not allowed to work if you are holding "EXCHANGED STUDENT VISA". So becareful when you apply it.
