Statement (1) is wrong
The current is max when the plane of the coil is in the horizontal position, and the current is mimimum when the plane of the coil is at vertical position. Thus in one complete rotation of the coil, the current goes from max --> min --> max-->min-->max, which is not a steady current.
Statement (2) is correct.
When one side of the coil is at the side near the South pole of the magnet, current in it is flowing from back to front along the wire. When this side of the coil rotates to near the North Pole, the current in it now flows from front to back. Thus the curent in the coil is alternating.
However, the communtator that connects the coil to the external circuit reversing the connection every half cycle of rotation of the coil. This rectifies the current direction and gives a unidirectional flow of current in the external circuit.
Statement (3) is correct.
Just apply Fleming's Right Hand Rule to find the direction of current flow at the coil position given in the diagram.
