Possibly VIRUS, need to look further

1) Try norton or other anti virus software to get rid of it

2) If problems persist, the best option and probably the most painful, you may have to re-format the computer (ie reinstall windows). Make sure you backup any important documents/ files prior to installation

3) 3rd possibility, 2 questions- where was msn downloaded? and is your window copy provided by manufacturer?
