How long does it take for mail to arrive?

If I sent out mail on Saturday with regular postage, how long does it take for it to get from Raleigh, NC to Grand Rapids, Michigan? It needs to arrive at Grand Rapids by March 31, 2009 at 11:59 PM. Would it get there in time? I heard that there is no mail service on Sundays.
