is there any additional charges for the nintendo dsi?

i want the nintendo dsi soo bad and im gonna get it but its price is so low for it is there any additional charges like for the internet or downloads and apps and stuff!?!??!?

To download DsiWare you will need to buy Nintendo Dsi point cards at a participating store. Retailers such as walmart, gamestop, and Bolckbuster Video Stores will have these available April 5, 2009, the launch date of the Nintendo Dsi. However prior to March 2010, 1000 free DsiWare points will be available as soon as the Dsi Shop has been launched. Some downloads will possibly be free and service is subject to be terminated at any time.
