What is the best anime series you ever watched? I recently finished watching 'Death Note' and it was awsome. Do you know any anime series similar to Death Note?

Death Note is awesome, and I have to say that it's one of the best anime series around. I don't have an aboslute fave above all other anime, but I do have several that I like:
Yu Yu Hakusho
Full Metal Alchemist
Code Geass
Naruto (yes, cliche, but I love it)
Code Geass's main character, Lelouch, is almost a double in personality and in goals for Light Yagami. I recommend it if you're really into Death Note.

FMA is one of the best that I have seen.
If you enjoyed Death Note though, I think you might like some thing more in depth:

Monster is really good, and it's a bit like Death Note. It's a psychological thriller about a doctor trying to catch a psychopath.
(For the best one I've seen: Kino's Journey. But it's not at all like Death Note.)

Cowboy Bebop is short, but it is, by definition, the best anime to watch.
