✔ 最佳答案
(4-2)x + (1+3)y = 2x +4y

4x + y - 2x + 3y
= 4x - 2x + y + 3y
= 2x + 4y
= 2(x + 2y)

4x-2x+y+3y
=2x+4y
參考: rearrange according to the coefficient and add.

gather the x-terms together. That's 4x - 2x (You can say 4 eggs minus 2 eggs leaves 2 eggs). So that means that's 2x.
Then gather the y-terms together. That's a single y plus 3 more y to give 4y.

i.e. 4x + y - 2x + 3y = (4x - 2x) + (y + 3y) = 2x + 4y

good luck with the eggs and y's!!

the x's and the y's are all constant variables within this equation so you can just add them up or take away.
so
4x-2x+y+3y = 2x+4y

4x - 2x + y + 3y
=2x + 4y
