本人用咁iphone 3g 2.2os, 用電腦itune升唔到2.2.1os. 個itune download完個intallation file後就安裝唔到. 彈咗個error window "there was a problem downloading the iphone software for the iphone. the network connection timed out. make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active or try again later"

Probably it is your computer connection problem. Check your network status make sure it is stable.
