於2009年3月1,本人於貴公司旺角分店購買一部手提電腦,型號A20,產品已於3月10日送到。
不幸地,該手提電腦出現兩個問題,首先,電腦開啟後,會無
故地自動關機,其次是,電腦螢幕左上方位置的影像不清晰,影像質素未如理想,已多次嘗試,均出現同樣情況,本人對此產品未能感到滿意。
為了解決問題,希望貴公司能盡快安排為本人更換一台電腦,另外,見意貴公司於每次送貨給客人前先檢查產品,以確保質素良好,這可減少不必要的問題出現。

Please note I bought a laptop with Model number A20 on March 1st at your Mongkok Branch, and the laptop was delivered to me on March 10th.

Nonetheless, there are two quality problem of the laptop:

1. After I turned on the laptop, it would automatically shut down without reason.
2. The image on the upper left hand side of the monitor is unclear and actually unsatisfactory.

I have tried many times but above problems still exist. Needless to say I am very unsatisfied with this newly purchased product from your company.

In order to solve the problem, I request that a replacement of another laptop to be arranged soonest. Moreover, I would like to recommend to your company that a quality assurance inspection should be held prior to any delivery of products to your customers. I believe this will reduce unnecessary problem incurred in the future.

Dear Sirs,

I have bought a notebook (Model No.: A20) from your Mongkok Branch on 1 March 2009 and it was delivered to me on 10 March 2009.

Unfortunately, there are problems for the notebook during operation. Firstly, the notebook is automatically shut down without reason. Secondly, the image is not clear in the upper part of the left hand side of the monitor. Although I try to adjust the relevant settings, the same situation remains. I am not satisfied with this product at all.

As such, I would be grateful if your company could replace a new notebook to me in order to solve this problem. Meanwhile, I also suggest that your company should improve the quality control of your products before deliver to the customers to avoid same issue happening again.
