For local registered mail(指本地掛號，資料出處：香港郵政), buyer(s) has(have) to pay $1.4 for the postage and $13 for the registered mail postage, $14.4 for the total. In the same way, buyer need to bear the risk of the mailing process, seller has irresponsibility for that.
For international surface mail(指海外平郵，資料出處：香港郵政), buyer(s) of China, Macao and Taiwan, has(have) to pay $1.8 for the postage and need to bear the risk of the mailing process, seller has irresponsibility for that.
