Add 10 to both sides.
x>29

Here if we do anything to one side the same thing must be done to the other side too. We want to find the X, means how X acts here, what are the values X can have and so on.

Then we need to keep only X in one side. So we should remove all the other values which combined with X. Here we have to remove 10, so will add another 10.

X - 10 + 10 >19....

but remember we have to do the same thing to the other side too.

X - 10 + 10 > 19 + 10

will carry on...

X > 29

OK. You got the answer. Now you know how does X act here.
X may be any digit that greater than 29 means 30 and up
