scheme ,provident fund scheme or any other scheme or arrangement
providing benefits on retirement or termination of services for
employee’s based on the length of service. Please note that an
employee’s own contribution to any retirement scheme is regarded as ‘wages’.
Any commission which is of a gratuitous nature or is payable only at
the discretion of the employer
So long as the commission is non-contractual, then it will not be
regarded as ‘wages’.
Any attendance allowance or attendance bonus which is of a
gratuitous nature or is payable only at the discretion of the employer.
