紅磡的警員開槍案

個人認為，警員雖有錯，但情有可源
對方只用摺櫈襲擊警員，似乎唔洗開槍
但係，一時之間要作出判斷，好難可以準確判斷

另一點係當時警員瞄準邊度黎射
如果只係制服佢，射手射腳已足夠，唔洗射頭
當然，我地無資料對此作作評價，可能警員槍法生疏姐....

事實上，警察使用武力自衛和一般人使用武力自衛受同樣法律監管
就係要係必要及合理武力
如果警員瞄準致致命部位黎射，而陪審員覺得佢使用武力自衛超出合理範圍，已可構成謀殺

The Police did it rightly!
