May I know the real meaning of "nothing need to be sorry"? Whether someone is forgiving when he express this to an apologize message?

好少人講 "nothing need to be sorry"通常係講
"No need to be sorry"
或者
"Nothing you need to be sorry about"
"No need to be sorry" = 無需要感到抱歉 [你並無做錯]
"Nothing you need to be sorry about" = 沒有什麼值得你感到抱歉[或 感到遺憾]
