I can send email all I want but every time I try to receive mail I get:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.primus.ca', Server: 'pop.primus.ca', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F.

What do I do?

Call Primus' tech support line, that's what they do.

HINT: Your "outgoing Mail Server settings" don't look right to me. "pop.primus.ca" would more likely be "smtp.primus.ca", but I can't be 100% sure.

My 2 suspicions may well be (a) that its not your person call and password that are incorrect or (b) which you're actually not certainly thoroughly entering into your person call and password! My ultimate guess is which you have not configured your email server properly. this is to assert the POP server call, port and authentication protocol for incoming mail and a similar issues for SMTP outgoing mail. Having those incorrect might provoke certainly one of those concern you're describing, it tries to authenticate, fails through fact there is not something there to authenticate against, so asks lower back. My 2nd guess is which you would be able to desire to furnish a internet site call as properly as someone call, yet that must be me backed right into a corner and clutching at straws. My 'appropriate' email debts all require me to furnish the excellent area, so i'm XXXYYY or YYY@XXX somewhat than in simple terms YYY!
