When q=1 and r=2,p=14.
14=k1+4k2________________________________(1)
When q=2 and r=3,p=31.
31=2k1+9k2________________________________(1)

Solve (1) and (2),
k1=2,k2=3.
∴p=2q+3r2
(b)
When q=3 and r=4.
p=2(3)+3(4)2
=54
