用刀cut一片片, 加芝麻花生醬

cut it into very thin slices, add sesame oil and sweet soya sauce to seasoning it. Put into the refrigarator and cool i down... then, u can eat at anytime......

睇你食邊隻青瓜,如你去街市買幼身嗰隻,頭頂有朵黃色花嗰種,就最簡單,就咁洗乾淨,不用去皮,成條咬,切片食,唔使點沙律槳都好好食.如果係粗身.平時要嚟煮送嗰種就麻煩少少.你先要洗乾淨.將兩邊切少許磨出白汁後,再洗淨去半皮去瓜芯.才可以按自已喜好方法吃.我有時會切成細細條點千島汁都不錯.我試過去超市買隻迷你型青瓜都要好似大型嗰咁處理才好吃,我每天都要吃一人條生青瓜和一隻紅或黃的燈籠椒.
