關於accounting entry一問

樓上既解答可以算是正確, 但只是其中一個未必係最適合樓主既問題的做法 @@


首先Inventory system, 記貨既制度其實有分兩個:
(1) Perpetual (不斷紀錄貨既買賣, 每次都update cost of goods sold)
(2) Periodic (開Purchase a/c紀錄買貨, 年尾先update cost of goods sold)


而因為樓主既問題出現左 Purchase既a/c,
所以就係(2) Periodic


回應 : 我想問咁係Purchase入個item時,個item應該係入落去邊個account度?


在年尾的時候, (或年度既結算日啦)
Purchase 係入落Cost of goods sold,
原因係我地要搵出今年既Cost of goods sold係幾多


條式係咁 :
Opening Inventory(年頭有既貨) + Purchase (今年間買左既貨) - Ending Inventory(未賣出既貨) = Cost of good sold


而Purchase不會直接入Sales Income
因為Sales Income 是用Cost of good sold 來對減,
搵出 今年既 Gross Profit (毛利)
即係Trading Account.

1) 買左件貨個entry係

DR Inventory
CR AP

2) 買出件貨個entry係

DR AR
CR Sales

DR Cost of good sales
Cr Inventory
