可能是您的FLASH PLAYER損壞囉
請試試看以下方法：
請先下載 Uninstall_flash_player 解除安裝軟體(請複製網址下載)
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
然後關閉所有的瀏覽器視窗並開始執行。
執行之後，按「是」，會出現已完成的視窗，請按「關閉」

之後請到以下網址（請選擇您使用的瀏覽器下載）
點選 for Internet Explorer 或 for Firefox, Netscape, Opera
http://www.free-codecs.com/Adobe_Flash_Player_download.htm
下載儲存之後，關閉所有瀏覽器再進行安裝 。
