how do u sell an item in US ebay if you create your ebay account in Australia?

Two ways: sign into ebay.com instead of ebay australia and list it there. Or you can tick the box that says 'will post worldwide' or similar. I am in the UK and have sold all over the world. It automatically appears when I put in the postage costs for overseas.
