how can i lose as much weight as possible in the next 2-3 weeks >?

im 105 pounds; 48 kgs
and i need to lose some belly and general fat before i go over seas on the 4th of april.

so someone, PLEASE tell me how much is possible to be lost,
and how i can do it /


and please, dont send links to sites with diet pills and such, just real life stories, tips and tricks would be great :)

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Drink a lot of water, this will make you less hungry.
Try running on the tread mill or working out your abs.

It depends on how tall you are but at 105lbs there isn't much to lose unfortunately. If you work your abs your muscles will become more stiff and get rid of the 'fat'.

I'd also suggest cutting out fatty foods, eating lots of vegetables and fruits and sleeping well.

what?? u are small enough! i am 16 right know and last year about this time i was 85 ponds. i starved my self and became bulimic because i felt that because i am 6"2 that i should be just as skinny even skinner than other girls. now i am 135 and i love it! u don't need to loose wait cuz u are small enough and i can say from experience.

eat well and exercise for atleast an hour a day. I know your probably looking for a quick fix, but there isn't one.

ONLY eat fresh fruit and raw veg!
drink atleast 2litres of water.

1 hour of cardio
and 1 hour of weight training
also a 1 hour jog

.. EVERYDAY.

youll lose ALOT and you will have such a flat stomach and toned body in general

eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. eat at meal times and dont snack. dont eat in the evening because your body doesnt digest as well so you put on more weight. stay away from things with lots of sugar and fat but DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!

and also, have you realized ppl who are alergic to gluten are skiny? so maybe try eating things without gluten. my mom just recently found out she was alergic so she started her gluten free diet and shes losing weight! so maybe you wanna try that?

welll special K is actually pretty good !
and also dont eat like little snacks and stuff just eat breakfast sometimes have lunch you can skip it once in a while and eat dinner as welll
and dont eat after 7:00 or it will just stay in your tummy
unless you are going out for the night, and take daily walks every 2 days or every day !
