其實中文才會問牛肉/牛排"幾多成熟"的，英語係問會客人想惦整D牛肉/牛排:"How do you like your steak?"
rare = 全生 (只是面層略略一燒)
medium-rare = 三成熟 (肉質裏面帶鮮紅)
medium = 半生熟
medium-well = 七成熟 (肉質裏面帶粉紅)
well done = 全熟

hi, in the question, u can say ..... how would u like to cook the beef/sirlon/prime rib/steak?
if it is in the answer, u can say ..... well done (100% cooked), medium cooked (75% cooked), medium rare (50% cooked) and raw (0% cooked).
