卻不exactly等於枱底交易~


under the table 本身就是解秘密地~
所以 do sth under the table 就是秘密地做某事~

因此"枱底交易"也可譯作：

"have a deal [交易] under the table" / "have a illegal traffic [非法交易] under the table"
