To search, you can search by using the name of the company in "Get Quote".

NYSE is a stcok exchange market.

Basically, you just simply search the company name and you will get all information. including which stock exchange market it is listed.

You better do some research......

Go to Yahoo.com

In the search box, type in the first few letters of a company

it will generate a list for you to choose, the codes would not be necessary

For example C= Citibank, Bank> BAC>Bank of America and so on

HBC trades in NYSE, but the shares do not relate to London's or HK's HSBC

I suggest you refer to London's prices= HSBA.L, this would give you some idea of overseas situation
