我想問用咩tense好

我要寫一篇英文文章(包括我對新聞的介紹,對人的影響及個人感想),但個件事發生了幾個月而且影響到而家,....個篇文用咩tense好?好現在式可以嗎?

You can use simply present time for introduction and feeling. When you come to an event, which has happened, then use present perfect time.You can start writing the essay, then read it once again, then you will know if you have made any error.
