I, Jane Law, mother of Alan Chan (P.3A) class no. 9 inform that my child was sick on last Friday (13th March). It was because he had an injection on last Thursday. After the injection, he got a fever. So he absented on last Friday. There is no medical certificate as he is on home-medication.

ABC Primary School Dear Principle
We would like to Inform that our son, Alan Chan (P.3A) class no. 9. was sick on 13th March 2009, which after he had an inoculation at school last Thursday.
As he got fever when he came home, we consider it is the side effect of the inoculation, we decided not to send him to school, therefore he absented his class on last Friday. 13th March 2009, due to home-medication, no medical certificate can be provided.
