可以用partition magic做到

運行Partition Magic後，在主窗口中用鼠標右鍵單擊要進行轉換的分區，選擇「Convert」命令，然後在「File System」中選擇「FAT32」，單擊「OK」按鈕並退出PartitionMagic窗口。這時會彈出一個提示窗口，單擊「Yes」按鈕，之後就可以進行文件系統的轉換，並會顯示轉換進度窗口。在成功轉換後，會彈出窗口提示「Disks were updated successfully......」，單擊「確定」按鈕後重啟系統。

但想問一下
其實不用它照樣可以，而且速度更快，安全性更高，而且更古披4gb以上的檔案，為何要轉換?

Sorry, unless you want to reinstall, NTFS cannot be switched back to FAT32 or FAT.

If that is not your OS disk (you do not boot from it), then you can back it up, reformat the disk and restore from backup.
