~同學互相競爭的壓力
當自己看見同學們用功讀書,但自己又不及別人時,就會產生競爭的壓力.

在生活中朋友是十分重要的.
因為朋友可以幫你解開你的心事.
如朋友就是總是拉著你的耳朵告訴你一些事情.
隨即警告你絕對不能說出去的.
但是一個人當中沒有朋友就會造成很大的壓力的.



錯誤的減壓方式
部分學生採用了錯誤的減壓方法,例如喝咖啡提神、服用安眠藥等,這樣可能令壓力更大,影響上課或應試表現。
減壓方法
做運動
* 與朋友/家人聊天
* 培養休閒興趣、參與活動、散步、洗熱水澡、均衡的飲食、逛街、看電影等都可舒緩緊張的心情

- Talk to friends/family.
- Develop a healthy habit, participate in activities like jogging, take a hot bath, have a balanced diet, hanging out, watching movies. All these can help to relieve the anxiety.
