I think you no need to do this, I think you are not sick( low B, some problem on listening, talking, writing...) Just try your best. Consantrate on class, drop notes and revise them at home every day. For you reading comprehention, just write down the main point, don't write something else, the right point.
Listening le, I think your teacher will give sometime to let you read the question ge, underline the main point, you'll know wt it really want to ask, than just listen for wt you underline( in the question) it will be better.
