The definition of quality from British standards is the product or service of features and characteristics on its ability to satisfy a stated or implied need. If the hotel’s food and beverage department meets or excel the customer expectation, the customer will feel satisfaction for this hotel and the customer will feel that they got ‘quality’ from this hotel. On the other hard if the hotel does not meet the customer expectation, then there will have a gap between customer expectations and the sense characteristics of the product or service delivered to them.

According to the British standard, quality should be defined as the features and characteristics of products or service to satisfy stated or implied needs. To be put more specifically, if a hotel's food and beverage department meets or even excels customers’ expectations, customers will be satisfied with the hotel. They will also think that the quality provided by the hotel is well realized; on the contrary, if the hotel fails to do so, a mismatch will be detected between customers’ expectations and the characteristics of the products or service.

It's pretty good overall. Good work! I corrected some typos and made some very minor changes below. They're in bold blue.

The British quality standards mandates that the product orservice provided is measured by its effectiveness in satisfying astated or implied need. If the hotel’s food and beverage departmentmeets or exceeds the customer's expectations, the customer will feelsatisfied with the hotel, and the customer will feel that the hotel meets the quality standards. On the other hand, if the hotel does not meetthe customer's expectations, then there will have a gap between the customer'sexpectations and the perceived quality of the product or servicedelivered to them.

Your essay is pretty good. I only made a few corrections:

The definition of quality from British standards is the product or service of features and characteristics on its ability to satisfy a stated or implied need. If the hotel’s food and beverage department meets or excels the customer expectations, the customer will feel satisfied for this hotel and feel the good quality as well. On the other hard, if the hotel does not meet the customer expectations, then there will have a gap between the customer expectations and the sense characteristics of the product or service delivered to them.
