Peter: good morning, everyone....how do u feel this morning?
students: good morning teacher, we are feeling good.
peter: alright, then lets go outside and do some exercise first, what do u think???
student: Good idea...(shout out)

then teacher and students are going outside and ready to do some exercise.

Peter: Now, before we go running, we have to do stretching exercise first. otherwise, yr muscle will feel painful after the running.
student: ys...lets do it(excited)
peter: first, bend down n try to touch the floor.... if u cant touch the floor, its ok, just do it yr best....
mary: ouch..... susan, i hvnt do exercise for an ages already, this is killing me.
susan: ouch....this is killing me as well....shit....wtf!! can u come n help me mary. i want to touch the floor.
mary: ok, i ll help u....
peter: mary, stop doing this to susan, do u know this would hurt her waist, dont push her....if she cant do that.
mary: oh.... susan ask me to do so(scared)
peter: its ok, just dont do it again.
peter; ok pupils.... now we can go running.... lets see who is fastest!!
