When we say someone don't get anything, I just remember there is an idiom "Clouds in your head/mind/ brain". Do I use the wrong words here? Please write soon.

Do you mean "have your head in the clouds"
1 to be thinking about sth that is not connected with what you are doing
2 to have ideas, plans, etc. that are not realistic

When we say someone don't get anything,
you can say(She/He has not get anything) or (She/He has get nothing)
