我住在香港,用hotmail.yahoomail有一樣的時差,比香港時间遲8小

In general, the time stamp on e-mail is the time where the server sends the e-mail out. It is possible that the server is located in another timezone and thus the sending time is different.
The protocol for e-mail does not dictate when the e-mail will be processed by the server. It is possible but unlikely now that the e-mail is "stuck" somewhere before it is sent.
