甚麽原因令水滚不到100度

在氣壓低的情況下,水的沸點會低於攝氏100度

原因是,氣壓低可理解作少空氣

在少空氣的情況下,水比較有機會由液體變為氣體,即沸點會較低


例子,在高山上的氣壓會較低,

所以在高山上用水煮公仔面吃,有機會肚痛

2 reasons:

1. If the air pressure is less than sea level, such as on top of a mountain say 500m high, boiling point is lower.

2. impurities in water. If a small amount of alcohol is present, boiling point of the mixture is lower.
