The refund will be wired to your account next week as it takes time for handling between the banks. As regards to the return trip change of HKD1200, this is a totally different matter from the reund of HKD1200. After deducting the handling fee, the airline company will only refund the portion of the ticket price and tax. It doesn’t include the change of the itinerary. Your understanding will be appreciated.
