can someone proofread what i wrote and correct my grammer mistakes or change the structure of the sentense around please.

Bicyclists who choose not to listen to music or talk on cell phones are more likely to have a better hearing. Reasearch shows that long exposure to music or cell phones can cause harm to the cochlea, which when in extreme can cause lost of hearing. A statistic shows an increasing number of people with hearing lost at a young age because of the long time exposure to music. The lost of hearing can never be repaired, thus it is important to prevent it from occuring. Individuals with better hearing are able to concentrate more on the road and thus, able to tell when an accident is about to happen and take action befre it occurs. They are more likely to prevent accidents because when others give warning to them, they are able to hear it. Individuals who have sharp ears on the road are awared of not only their safety but as well as other's safety.
