Don't they have instructions on the website? Just do what they ask.

However, it's usually good practice to include a resume AND a covering letter with every application. Just sending photos of yourself sounds a bit... arrogant and slapdash, as if you don't care enough about the job to spend some time on the application.

im pretty sure they have directions on the website but; if they don't then send an application and a cover letter and and a business letter make sure in the business letter you tell them you have an attachment and at the end after you have sincerely, and your name you put enclosure.
